We become what we think..
soooo.. shall we!!

NAMASTE

I'm Dr. Richa Baghel, welcome and thank you for being here. I'm assistant professor in Sri Sri University, Cuttack-Odisha, India. I teach management subjects.

Being an educator and researcher my academic and research journey started with a university summer project, and I wasn't aware of how deep it would leave its impact on me.

THEN

Couple of years in corporate made me realise I could add more value in the field of teaching and researcher.

I believe a strong individual makes a strong decision & engender to enhance the balancing power of right and left brain.

A fine understanding on equality in inside and outside class activities inspires learners to look and reach beyond one delimits.

NOW

After completing a Ph.D. in management I realised thesis is published but the quest for research is continuing.

Keen interest on individual mind and management routed me to Hindu Vedic philosophies. The duo of modern management and Vedic philosophies is opening a new arena of learning and knowing the unknown.

The fascinating and interesting subject keeps me with my books and pen on my table for quite a long time.

WAYS

Practical learning is the one thing which counts. It's about how I get to know myself rather than how much I know the subject.

Once I have clarity of my vision, the subject matter just fits into it. Every day of my life I have learned what should and shouldn't be part of my life.

Be it either thinking process, thoughts, ideas, people, things. Once we know the context of life, making or altering it takes no time.

SELF-CONNECTION

"Unpleasant time do come in life but to over come it one need to be strong and strength come through spiritual knowledge".  H.H.Sri Sri Ravishankar

To know the outer world one need to understand the inner world. Relation with self reflects thoughts in the outer world and respect for others indicates our self-respect. Being true and original is honouring the self.

Meditation and chanting hymns enhance this quality. Clear inner communication is a tool for best directions and choices. Activities and relaxation both have balanced time on a routine day. This expands my consciousness and sharpens my mind.
