Let’s start by thinking could we learn driving a car just from theory class? No…we actually need to go out to the road and practice. In starting we practice in the empty road, later we gain experience and confidences later we start driving at busy lanes and highways.
Practice: Classrooms are the best place to practice our analytical and observational skills in mock. Once you go out, you will be ready to take on the world. Reading articles, books, cases, journals related or unrelated topics, it supports our confidence and confidence in voice is key to conquer the dreams. Personality: Isn’t in the age of AI (artificial intelligence) and digitalization overall personality would always have weight? Be it any career or a subject – personality speaks louder than words. Participating in polishes personalities. Time for self: In the epoch of rapid transformation the connection with the self has significance. Taking time for self-analysis is a tool to bring out what we want and how we want. Goals: Setting high goals and keeping a broad vision gives a platform to make up our worth. Plans to achieve the goals are rooted through clarity in mind. Having fixed broad vision and being flexible with current scenario are switches for success. Once we are convinced for how and what to get, the outer communication flows smoothly. It’s easy to convince others when we are convinced by our mind. So, I take charge of my own life, learning, and goals by crafting routes and just driving for it.
